AccorHotels, the worldโs leading hotel operator, has recently signed an agreement with ARCO, one of the foremost developers in high quality mixed-use real estate developments and integrated communities, to expand four new hotel projects on the Mediterraneanโs North Coast.
The number of residents living in the North Coast all-year-round has been rising. That said, the companies took this advantage to encourage and expand the areas of tourism in the country.
The new investments in Egyptโs North Coast is dated to open by 2022. The hotels include Fairmont Fuka Bay, Swissotel Fuka Bay, Novotel Al-Alamein City, and ibis Styles Al-Alamein City, increasing AccorHotelsโ pipeline to 31 hotels in Egypt.
