With a distinguished career with over three decades of international experience in the hospitality sector, Chef Giovanni steps into this leadership role to oversee the hotel’s diverse culinary portfolio, including its signature restaurants, banquet operations, and creative menu development.

Prior to joining Sheraton Cairo, Chef Giovanni served as Senior Chef de Cuisine at the Kempinski Royal Maxim Palace. His extensive background also includes over a decade as Executive Italian Chef at the JW Marriott Cairo from 2006 to 2018, as well as various Chef de Cuisine roles across Europe at premier establishments like Restaurant Scoglio Rosso in Italy and several notable venues in Germany.
Since joining the Sheraton Cairo team, Chef Giovanni has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence, blending traditional techniques with modern innovation. His vision for the hotel involves elevating the guest dining experience through locally sourced ingredients and globally inspired flavors.
