Nour El Nabawy is a young Egyptian actor who studied acting and theater at Santa Monica College and California State University before bursting onto the scene with a compelling performance in the 2021 Ramadan series EL EKHTYAR S02 by Peter Mimi, turning him into a social media trend.
However, it was his second Ramadan outing in RAGEEN YA HAWA alongside the legendary actor Khaled El Nabawy that showed more of his potential as an actor, garnering him the Best Rising Actor Award at the Cairo Drama Festival and the Dear Guest Public Voting Award for Best TV Rising Actor.
Further solidifying his status as a rising actor, he subsequently went on to play numerous roles in several outings, including 5 GAWLAT, ELAGHAR by Yasser Samy, and El KATEEBA 101, where he appeared as a guest star opposite Asser Yassin and Amr Youssef.
Continuing to push the boundaries of his craft, Nour then landed his first leading movie role in Raouf El-Sayed’s EL HAREEFA, which has become one of the ten highest-grossing Egyptian films in history. Moreover, it just got its highly anticipated sequel, which found similar success when it hit theaters at the end of 2024.
