Somabay Hosts 3rd Solasi Wellbeing Festival

Somabay recently welcomed the resounding success of the third edition of the Solasi Wellness Festival, in collaboration with Yes Yoga, and Osana Family. This remarkable celebration of health, mindfulness, and self-discovery, unfolded against the stunning backdrop of Somabay’s S. Cape Beach between September 21- 23, offering attendees a unique opportunity to embark on a journey toward a balanced and rejuvenated lifestyle.

The Solasi Wellbeing Festival, with a record-breaking attendance of 250, is inspired by the desire to create a healing space for the triumvirate of mind, body, and soul. This year’s edition transcended the ordinary event experience, offering a transformative journey that nurtured the mind, body, and soul through an impressive array of over 50 activities. Among the attendees were prominent guests, celebrities, and wellness enthusiasts, including Ahmed Dawood, Ola Roshdy, and Heidi Karam, all of whom left with a sense of revitalization and inspiration.

Attendees started their mornings with the invigorating Sunrise Yoga sessions, harnessing the energy of the rising sun to awaken their senses. Sound Healing offered a unique opportunity to experience the power of sound for inner harmony and healing. Simultaneously, Funky Classes got bodies moving and grooving to various dance and fitness routines.

For those who craved a deeper connection with nature, morning runs along the shoreline offered a refreshing opportunity to connect with the natural world. Enlightening Workshops provided a space for personal growth, mindfulness, and self-discovery. Healing Treatments pampered attendees’ bodies and souls, leaving them rejuvenated and relaxed.

Tai Chi and Meditation sessions guided participants toward inner peace and balance, while Kids Activities, in collaboration with KOMPASS Kindergarten, kept the young ones engaged and entertained with activities tailored just for them.  Notably, renowned chefs and nutritionists graced the event, enhancing the experience with their culinary expertise and insights into healthy eating. Locally sourced food options nourished the bodies and supported eco-friendly practices, while evenings were filled with dancing and live performances.
