Karen Wazen made history after announcing that she had been officially invited to attend and cover the 68th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, becoming the first Arab content creator to receive such an invitation.

The star-studded ceremony took place on Sunday, February 1, at the Crypto.com Arena, with comedian Trevor Noah returning as host. Sharing the news while preparing for her trip, Wazen expressed her excitement and revealed that she offered her followers exclusive red carpet moments and behind-the-scenes access throughout the event.
Describing the invitation as a significant milestone, Wazen highlighted how the moment reflected the growing global presence and influence of Arab digital creators within the international music and entertainment landscape.
This year’s Grammy Awards delivered a highly competitive night, led by Kendrick Lamar with nine nominations, followed by Lady Gaga with seven, and Justin Bieber and Bad Bunny with six nominations each. The ceremony also featured new award categories, high-profile performances, and a special tribute to Mariah Carey during Grammy Week.
