The premier jeweler presents a collection of fancy color diamonds that is a milestone in its great diamond heritage. The debut of Colors of Wonder: The Rarest Diamonds in the World is momentous both because of the extreme rarity of the stones and because they are introduced during Tiffany’s 175th anniversary.

The collection is a marvel of nature, a glorious continuum of color that captures blossoms at peak perfection, the vibrancy of sea and sky, and the magic of fire and light. Each stone is hand cut and mounted in a custom design that reveals its captivating beauty from every angle.
These dazzling creations take their place in a 175-year legacy of excellence epitomized by the 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond, one of the most important fancy color diamonds in the world. Tiffany’s reputation as a premier diamond jeweler is also rooted in its historic jewelry collections that were awarded gold medals at international expositions over two centuries and established Tiffany & Co. as a world-renowned jeweler. As a result, founder Charles Lewis Tiffany (1812–) became the jeweler of America’s growing wealthy class, who selected his lavish creations with yellow, blue and green diamonds for their galas, costume balls and weddings.
Now as then, Tiffany’s colored diamonds are part of an elite class with precise rules of entry. Only about one in 10,000 diamonds is a fancy color, and Tiffany accepts only the very best of them. Each stone is precisely cut to maximize hue and must exhibit unparalleled color that is evenly distributed, with perfection of tone and saturation.
