The Chair Project

Tumblr, Pinterest and Instagram. These three sites have changed the definition of interior design. So much so, that “this looks so tumblr” is an actual common phrase used today. The modern-day world, the Internet, takes expectations of interior design to a whole other level. The Chair Project? It’s designed to reach that level.

So, what exactly is this Chair Project? Well, The Chair Project is the product of collaboration between two companies Chair & Co. and Nassej Fabrics. The modern design company and high quality fabrics brand decided to join forces in order to create this project to help newer generations experiment with the more modern age of interior design.

The project is meant to revolutionize the general ideal of a traditional Egyptian home and entice young families to go beyond the common ideal of a beautiful home. And where better to start with what every house has: Chairs. And hence the companies got to work. Mixing original ideas with online inspirations, the companies produced a spectacular line of chairs meant to inspire.

The styles range from beautifully modern to uniquely classic and completely embrace the ideal of a novel age of design where you can go beyond the traditional ideal of a typical Egyptian Salon and explore into the vast and unique styles of Instagram and Tumblr.
