Somabay Introduces Mazeej Soma Residence As Part of End-of-Year Festivities

Egypt’s leading tourism investment company and real estate developer, Abu Soma Touristic Development Company (ASDC) has hosted plenty of festivities in light of Christmas and New Year’s celebrations, marking a spectacular season at the end of 2022. The destination also introduced Mazeej Soma Residence, in partnership with GnK, as part of a cluster of momentous events by ByGanz Extraordinaire, held all around the bay, where about 3,500 people attended to ring in 2023.

We were also keen on celebrating both Christmas and New Year’s with a number of jovial events on two consecutive weekends, bringing a spectacular closing to 2022 and a special beginning for 2023.”

At the Sobar Rooftop, Somabay’s resident DJ gave an amazing performance on Christmas Eve, while a live entertainment band performed on December 25th during the Christmas Brunch event at the marina area. A prize-giving activation took place during the entire weekend. Furthermore, as part of ByGanz’s New Year Weekend 2023, a lineup of entertaining events had been readied to celebrate New Year’s Eve. American Spinner Seth Troxler, DJ/Produce Amémé and The Gawdat Bros. brought jubilant vibes as they hosted the Minus Two: Electronic festival at the Theater of Somabay on December 29th. 

The following day witnessed the introduction of Mazeej Soma Residence at Somabay’s The Beach Platform, which was opened recently along with The Theatre Platform. Both platforms are managed by G’nK. In addition, Chaos InThe CBD: CZ & Cake, were featured for the first time at Sobar Rooftop on the same day. New Year’s Eve shaped up to quite the spectacular event with Disco Mania: A New Commercial Concept, which featured local tastemaker DJUNKIE, followed by Aziza and The Girly Show at the stunning venue ‘The Theater’ at Somabay Marina.
