Recipe: Truffle Mushroom Pizza

This time, we have composed the ultimate Truffle Pizza recipe that will only take you . Whether you’re having some friends over for a movie night, treating your family to a nice dinner or simply having a self-care kind of night, this is for you.

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients You Need:

  • One ball/pan of your go-to pizza dough
  • ⅔ a bag of mozzarella
  • As many mushrooms as you like
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tsp of crushed garlic
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan/cheddar cheese
  • Salt and freshly-ground black pepper
  • Truffle oil

Instructions:

Clean and cut mushrooms into small pieces, if not already sliced.

Preheat your oven at 250°C.

Put a bit of olive oil in your pan and leave it on medium heat.

Add the garlic and stir for two minutes

Pour the garlic-infused olive oil in a cup to use later for brushing.

Now, add some more olive oil to the pan again.

Put in your mushrooms and stir for a good 3 minutes.

Lightly salt and pepper your mushrooms and turn off the heat.

Stretch your pizza dough into a pretty circle.

Lightly brush it with the garlic-infused olive oil.

Add a medium-thick mozzarella layer evenly.

Sprinkle as many mushrooms as your heart desires.

Finally, put your pizza into the oven.

Take out your pizza after 15-20 minutes and cut it into slices.

Sprinkle truffle oil and grated parmesan or cheddar cheese.

Serve and enjoy!
