MCM Partners With The Women’s Tennis Association

By  |

Recently, MCM launched a partnership with the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) to produce a series of custom content videos. The six-part video series follows professional top female tennis stars, including Genie Bouchard, Victoria Azarenka and Belinda Bencicand, as they reflect on their global style inspirations.

The lifestyle videos feature each tennis star as they take you on a private tour of their city. Each athlete showcases their favorite evergreen styles from the MCM Autumn/Winter 2019 collection and how she styles each item. Featured cities of focus include Miami, Los Angeles, Munich and more.

This partnership capitalizes on MCM’s ongoing key focus on sports as a core brand pillar and the overall global support of female athletes. The MCM and WTA custom video series will began a rollout in the first week of November, exclusively on www.mcmworldwide.com and selected MCM social media channels.

If you don’t know much about WTA, it was founded by Billie Jean King in 1973 on the principle of equal opportunity for women in sports. It happens to be the global leader in women’s professional sport with more than 1800 players representing 85 nations competing for a record $179 million in prize money. In 2018, the WTA was watched by a record-breaking global audience of 600 million. Further information on the Women Tennis Association can be found at www.wtatennis.com.
