MIXING PATTERN & PRINT
The trick to mixing bold patterns with a color scheme can change the look of your living completely. Start by setting small patterns against large patterns, but don’t use a variety of colors as it can be disturbing to the eyes. Try to limit your choices to two of three colors, and include one big solid color in the scene. For instance; you can mix zigzag and stripes, or floral and gingham.
ADDING ANTIQUE ITEM
Having a vintage item in your living room won’t only change its look but it will also create a warm and cozy vibes to it. There are several antique items that are vintage, but can still look chic and stylish. Antique doesn’t necessarily mean old but looks old or somewhat renewed; for instance like an old typewriter, mirror with old wooden frame, old suit cases, or a simple vintage table)
