Here are a few habits to improve your nighttime routine.

Go for a quick walk.

In a safe environment, of course! The fresh air and the quiet will help you relax and process everything that happened during the day.

Journal about all the things you’re grateful for.

Practicing gratitude is the perfect way to end your day, as it helps you refocus your mind on what’s important and what means the most to you.

Listen to an encouraging podcast.

Sometimes, it helps to listen to a refreshing, uplifting message if you’re having a hard time falling asleep. It will help you disconnect from any worries on your mind and simply drift off.
