If anyone’s eyes were glued to the box those were our Editor, Daniela Bonetto’s. Here are some of her favourite moments from the Royal Wedding.

Any wedding is OMG-amazing but if there was one that had us all in a frantic twizzle that was Meghan and Harry’s. We gawked at the gloriously sunny day, at the fabulous guest list and at the most stunning bride who made her entrance solo up the stairs of St. George’s Chapel to greet her prince charming gleaming at the altar. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

A ROYAL BUILD UP

The anticipation of the day was the most exciting of all. Royal-wedding mania gripped not only the capital but the entire planet. Great Britain united and pulled out ALL.THE.STOPS. A sea of Union Jacks flew high on Regent Street, and the bunting, balloons and street parties which overtook the world demonstrated the unanimous joy that was shared in all corners of the country and beyond. From Windsor to Wisconsin the happiness was palpable.

THE GUESTS

Somehow, we all felt like guests that this party. Perhaps it’s because the couple are somewhat more relatable than the other royals or its the simplicity in their ways. But that aside the invitees to this celebration were utterly divine. According to us, and what seems like the entire planet, the winner for best dressed royal wedding guest goes to Amal Clooney in her sunny yellow Stella McCartney dress with its tulip skirt and Obi draped back, finished with a veiled saucer hat.

THE HATS

We adore Ascot for its flash of head pieces, but this bash beat any racing day to date. We couldn’t pick just one, but we figure that Phillip Treacy had his hands full and right about now must be de-stressing on an exotic beach somewhere. Job well done mate!

THE LOOK OF LOVE

Is it just me or did everyone get a tingle in their tummy every time the bride and groom looked at each other? Let’s hope that look last for many years to come.

THE ACCESSORIES
Can we just take a minute to mention her accessories? Whilst the couple were busy being mesmerised by each other we managed to get the perfect view of Queen Mary’s diamond bandeau tiara from 1932. On par with the tiara, was her sixteen-foot veil, embroidered with 53 different flowers to represent every country of the commonwealth.

JUST MARRIED!

I present you Meghan and Harry, husband and wife. After months of anticipation we finally saw Harry grow up and put a ring on it. Oh, and a kiss, the pure thrill of it!
