With fall season right on the horizon, ZAAM is primed and on point as it recently introduced the latest addition to the ZAAM Basic family, a new clamp collection. Designer Ahmed Azzam was looking to collaborate with a fierce and promising face to front his new collection and who better fit this description than the beautiful starlet Ayah Samaha. You might recognize her from her Ramadan series roles in Malika and Grand Hotel, among other notable TV appearances.

The shoot is full of energy, highlighting Samaha’s random, urban and unique fashion style with her shadow poses cast on a statement background of brilliant orange. The youthful, cosmopolitan vibe of the shoot is the perfect representation of this line. “The outcome of the shoot was overwhelming for the both of us and we are looking forward to do it again,” Azzam said.

The theme behind the basic line is to create the most practical bags for multiple occasions ranging from a backpack, cross bag, clutch, shoulder bag to evening and night sling bags. In this collection, the bags are made of genuine cow leather and heavy hardware accessories that allow the chance to change the bag from one style up to an in impressive six styles in one design.

Commenting on the new line, Azzam said, “All of them are [great] for me because the idea behind the line is really cool and practical. Now, you can have six bag [styles and happen to be only] paying for one. If I had to choose [a favorite], it would probably be the tote bag, since I like that you can detach the small bag from it and change it from a day-time bag to a mini night bag.”
