Each apartment is different – the 48 apartments at the Centurion have 32 different floor plans. Many units feature unique elements such as terraces or high ceilings. Choosing an apartment at the Centurion is an expression of individuality. Although the building is now over 80% sold, some of the best units are still available.
Can the spaces be customized?
Yes, unlike in many other high-end buildings in Manhattan, owners have access to a wide range of options to make an apartment truly their own. Sandi Pei of Pei Partnership Architects has agreed to personally assist buyers in customizing their apartments. In addition, experienced interior designers and, if needed, a full construction team are on hand to make an owner’s vision a reality.
