Karl Lagerfeld is honoured at this year’s event which happens on May 1. Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty, the exhibition that goes along with it, commemorates the brilliant visionary who oversaw prestigious fashion businesses over time including Balmain, Patou, Chloé, Fendi, and Chanel. The night’s formal co-chairs are Michaela Coel, Penélope Cruz, Roger Federer, Dua Lipa, and Anna Wintour. Due to this, Wintour will rely on the attendance of Dua Lipa, Roger Federer, Penelope Cruz, and Michaela Coel who will co-host an event where all invitees will recognise the most prominent designer of the 20th century.
The first and most genuine method would be to don an old-school look from one of the brands Lagerfeld founded; the second would be to don a contemporary look from Chanel or Fendi, two fashion houses on which Lagerfeld made an enduring impression; and the third would be to find your own Choupette and dress in Lagerfeld-inspired garb.
