Exclusive: NETFLIX Releases The Gray Man In Egyptian Cinemas

Netflix brings movie theaters back to life with The Gray Man in an attempt to encourage the audience to return to attend films in cinemas, especially with the Crisis Management Committee of the Egyptian Ministry of Health taking several measures to ease Corona restrictions, Netflix announced a precedent, the first of its kind, by showing its new movie “The Gray Man” in cinemas in the Arab Republic of Egypt on Next July 13, to ensure that the audience enjoys the experience of the action-filled movie in cinemas, stressing that the cinema experience remains unique and important and should be preserved and urging the audience to enjoy the events of the film and the visual and audio effects, especially after the reluctance of a large number of the audience during the last period due to Corona virus spread.

The movie, which sparked the enthusiasm of the audience immediately after its announcement, due to its distinguished staff, is one of the huge productions of Netflix, which has a budget of 200 million dollars and is co-produced by AGBO, and the events of the film are inspired by the first book of The Gray Man series of books by Mark Greene, which was issued in 2009 and reaches It has 6 books, written by Joe Russo, Christopher Marcus, Stephen McFeely, and stars Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura, Dhanush, Billy Bob Thornton, Alfre Woodard, Reg Jean Page, Julia Butters, Amy Equacore, Scott Haze, and the spy thriller brings together brothers Joe and Anthony Russo, directors of the Avengers series.
On the selection of the work team, director Anthony Russo confirmed, “The selection of the film cast is one of the most important and critical matters in any work, despite the large number of actors participating in the work, but we wanted actors who bring some honesty to the characters, and we will not be more fortunate to work with The actors we got in this work, it was important because it is a world filled with many unique characters and we needed a team at this level to achieve the vision of the world that we were creating in The Gray Man, so the audience had to watch the movie on the cinema screens first, Until they see the details of those characters.”


As director Joe Ross asserts, the Gray Man is an incredibly mysterious character with a highly secretive past. He is essentially a ghost, whose job is to disappear in plain sight, through CIA agent Kurt Gentry – played by Ryan Gosling – known Also known as Sierra Six, he’s snatched from federal prison and recruited by his boss, Donald Fitzroy – played by Billy Bob Thornton – a highly-skilled, CIA-certified mercenary killer, but the tables turn as he becomes the target, and is pursued by Lloyd Hansen. Chris Evans is a worldwide ex-CIA colleague who will stop at nothing to kill him, with the help of Agent Danny Miranda (Ana de Armas) protecting his back.
Director Joe Russo stated that the film is likely to release other parts because the work he will present is part of a series and that he will not answer all the questions in this film, but will leave some possibilities open for future works, saying, “The film will not answer every question that may have The audiences because we want to leave room for future parts, what we do in The Gray Man is different, the audience can follow other characters in the upcoming parts, and if the movie will end and the audience has a full story, but they still have questions about the wider universe, and I think this is one way to break The model is a bit, which is not giving everything to the audience in one movie, we don’t have a closed narrative, we have an open story that is like a chapter in a book.”
It is noteworthy that the film was filmed between the Czech Republic, France, and the United States of America, and filming began from March 15 to July 22, 2021, and filming was supposed to start in January 2020, but with the spread of the Coronavirus, filming was postponed to 2021 in Long Beach Los Angeles, and it will be The work was first released in theaters starting from next July 13 in some theaters in Egypt, and on July 14 in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar.
