TikTok Launches T-Talks Season Two to Highlight Talents in Various Fields and Display Their Success Stories
TikTok, the world’s leading video and entertainment platform, launched a new season of T-Talks to shed light on various talents on the platform in different fields in order to support and encourage them. This comes as an attempt to provide a healthy environment inside the platform to adopt talents that create positive and innovative content.
TikTok launched four episodes with four different talents in different fields; Abdallah Annan, Educational Content Creator of (شارع العلوم) or ‘Science Road’ on TikTok, also presented a series of videos entitled (المختبر) or ‘The Lab’ in cooperation with The Ministry of Education. Through these videos, Annan explained the basics of science to students in an appealing manner and motivated them through a number of challenges. Annan aspires to launch a platform for Science Road encompassing all the national and international science curricula in the Arab world.
In addition to this, the second season of T-Talks sees the talented Makeup Artist Nancy Zidan who uses makeup to transform herself into public figures, actors, or cartoon characters all while creating short TikTok videos imitating popular scenes and skits. Showcasing the incredible music talents in the region, the second season features musical content creator Yassmina Waleed, who shares covers of popular Arabic and English songs with the TikTok community, the episode sees Yassmina telling us about her Journey and her aspiration to sing on stage in front of her family and friends.
Last but not least, the season will host Shaimaa Sobhy, a Hip-Hop dancing instructor, who started her professional career through TikTok and won Red Bull’s “Dance your style” competition and now uses the platform to promote her business and create enjoyable and exciting content. She also dreams of becoming an international performance choreographer, while continuing to train others to dance and overcome their fears.
Commenting on T-Talk’s second season, Hany Kamel, Content Operations Director at TikTok MENA, said: “T-Talks was created to offer a safe and positive space for its users to allow them to share their journey and inspiring stories with the community in hopes to inspire them to be creative and express themselves.” He added, “T-Talks episodes encompass various talents to meet different interests and directions. Our mission at TikTok is to provide a safe haven for users to express and discuss their thoughts, and to nurture creativity and innovation in a way that continues to distinguish the TikTok community.”
The new episodes will utilize TikTok’s large base of young, highly-engaged audiences to shed light on the inspiring stories of young creators from across the region, highlighting the wealth of talent and creativity.
