I used to surprise my father every day when he came back from work with a new dish. Gradually, I began to master cooking. When I attended college, my love for cooking increased more than ever, and I would buy school books and cookbooks instead.” After I got married, I used to make meals for my family and friends who all admired the taste of the food and praised excellence and talent, but my focus at that time was on raising the children, and my family was the biggest supporter of me in my journey.”
Ghada adds: “With the passage of time and in 2014, I had enough time to follow my passion and the beginning of my small business through “small catering business”, which at that time was limited to some family members and friends. Then our reputation became popular and the requests, gatherings, and parties began to increase on the company, and with the wonderful feedback from everyone, the circle of customers expanded and my desire to provide what’s best and new always went through the roof, and now many artists and celebrities have become our loyal customers.
Ghada explains: “My relationship with artists and celebrities began through my friendship with Boosy Shalaby, who had me in a number of her gatherings and made a “story” about my catering. They started collaborating with me and now most of the artists and celebrities have become our clients, including, for example, the artist Mona Zaki, Ahmed Helmy, Hend Sabry, Angham, Asala, Kinda Alloush, Amr Youssef, Hala Sedky, Magda Zaki, Donia Samir Ghanem, Amy Samir Ghanem, Mai Omar, and the singer. dreams and others.
And about her studies of cooking, Ghada Nawara says: “I am a human being who likes to live the moment and the present with everything in it.” Therefore, with one of my sons studying abroad, I decided to travel with him and take up this time to take cooking courses, because I believe that cultivating the talent for learning is an essential thing. Indeed, I took some training courses at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Ritz Escoffier Paris to enhance my knowledge of French cuisine.
And because cooking for Ghada is a type of art, Ghada Nawara advises women to treat cooking as an artistic painting.
Nawara says: “Sweet food must stir the senses and enjoy it from the look to the taste of it, and I have taken this as a way to make people happy, and therefore I am keen to present the dishes in a distinctive way that catches the eye and choose trays and serving tools very carefully and from different places with attention to the smallest details.”
Regarding the next step in Ghada Nawara’s career, after she mastered the art of making people happy with her food, Ghada explains: “I started providing training courses in cooking and teaching others, and I love teaching very much. All over Egypt. To share my experience and my different recipes that people loved and praised, including the “Roast Beef with Peach Sauce” recipe, which I have been known for on many occasions.
