As a way to honor caregivers, nurses and doctors who are doing all they can for our communities and risking their lives on the daily, The Hand Medal Project invited as many jewelers from various parts of the world to produce medals to be given to them.
Led by Jimena Rios, founder of Taller Eloi jewelery school in Buenos Aires, Argentina & Iris Eichenberg and the Head of Metalsmithing, Cranbrook Academy of Art, Bloomfield Hills in US, this worldwide initiative is basically an expression of gratitude. The Design Studio by Azza Fahmy and Azza Fahmy Jewellery have to decided to contribute to this project and invite more jewellery designers in Egypt to spread the word and take their part.
