After the successful launch of her first single, ‘Cold’, the Dubai-based teen singer and songwriter Leah Depala has released her latest single, ‘Walking in Circles’ this month.
Now available on all international platforms, ‘Walking in Circles’ is a great quarantine song. About the creative process behind it, Leah said, “I get inspired from the things I see. I like my music to draw out emotions in people – imagining myself in other people’s situations and trying to create music that is relatable.”
Since she was 11, Leah has been writing her own songs but she decided to pursue her music career only last year. Following her debut, she performed at the Al Quoz Art Festival in Dubai and has already garnered an impressive international fanbase. You can find her songs on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube and Anghami amongst others.
Her future plans include working on an EP and collaborating with some of the industry’s most renown producers and songwriters in London where she is planning to start writing, co-writing and recording new material.
