Flair Magazine Haitham Nassar, General Manager of Hilton Pyramids Golf, was recently named the “Best GM Talent Developer” for Hilton Egypt and North. This award is designed by Hilton to recognize general managers who play a critical role in developing young talents and team members, spotting talent, building on transferable multiple skills and potential team members. Also, being a mentor who can emphasize learning and passing on the knowledge.
Haitham Nassar, a veteran in the hospitality industry with 30 years of experience, was presented with the award based on team member nominations. Criteria for winning included talent support, maximizing potential to offer career paths that do not follow the traditional career track, as well as increasing the number of female leaders across his team.
