Flair Magazine Recently, Carmen Soliman celebrated her new official contract with Sony Music Entertainment and the release of her newest video track “Bassatak” on a pharaonic-themed night at the American University In Cairo, the old campus in the heart of Cairo. Among the guests at the event were singer Ahmed Gamal, maestro George Kolta and composer Madian.
This one-of-a-kind video track was shot in Morocco and marks a new milestone in the uprising star’s musical career. Revealing Carmen’s true identity, the vibe is energetic, dazzling and flamboyant. This was also the first time for Carmen to collaborate with Amir Rawani, the director of Saad Lamjarred’s “Enta Maellem”, the songwriter Sami Ali, the composer and producer Mostafa Gad and the music arranger Maz.
