During its participation, Palm Hills Developments is planning to showcase a wide variety of its projects available in the Egyptian market with all projects catering to different customers’ tastes and needs.

As for “The Crown”, which represents the latest phase of Palm Hills October, it is located in a distinct area taking up 190 acres of land. The project comprises of 658 villas, as well as 44 family homes consisting of 4 apartments each. The project was designed by International architect, Eng. Shehab Mazhar offering a unique landscape covering 80% of the project’s area, while the remaining 20% consists of residential areas and a commercial mall that meets the needs of all residents. The project also has a social club, sports club, spa and an exquisite golf course designed by none other than world-renowned Jack Nichols.
“Egypt Property Show” is the first Egyptian real estate exhibition organized by Tawasol and Al Ahram Advertising in partnership with Spectrum Consultants Dubai. The promotional campaign in Dubai began in May 2017 with a strong agenda for 2018 and was also hosted by the United States, Britain and Kuwait. The exhibition offers an international presentation of the Egyptian real estate market and highlights the real estate sector in Egypt with all its huge projects.
