Arabia Holding is participating today in the Egyptian real estate convention – Egypt Property Show – in Dubai until the 14th of April. Arabia Holding is showcasing the highly anticipated projects Sun Capital, one of the largest residential compounds overlooking the great pyramids of Egypt, and Galleria Compound’s first phase.

Arabia Holding aspires to expand its operations in Egypt, that’s why the group adopted the expansion policy in developing its projects, in addition to introducing new and innovative building techniques for villas and apartment buildings in its new compounds. The group has successfully earned its clients’ loyalty and trust through its meticulous attention to detail in design, quality, and property owner satisfaction and experience.
Sun Capital is a 557.65 acre project of which 60% are occupied by apartments, studio apartments, stand-alone villas, duplex villas, town houses, and penthouses all dedicated to the home owners. The remaining 40% of the land (222.65 acres) acts as a multi-purpose space with a plan to welcome shopping outlets, hotels, and business owners.
Sun Capital has already welcomed world-leading hotels such as Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and InterContinental Hotels Group to introduce their luxurious hotel experiences to the mix launching two eleven story buildings. Sun Capital commissioned 24 acres of its land to be planted and made one of the largest gardens, the project also includes an international university (25.2 acres), a hospital (6.217 acres), and two international schools (8 acres each).
As for Galleria Compound, the project stretches across 71 acres nestled in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, and it includes 2,000 housing units. The project is set to launch seven phases, of which the first, second, and third phases have been marketed.
Varying from 100 to 300 square meters, the project emphasizes on the importance of fine art in our lives, and shows how it can have a positive effect on people and society. This aesthetic helped Galleria Compound stand out and leave a mark with all its viewers. The compound dedicated more than 80% of its land to greeneries, landscapes, swimming pools, and various services, in addition to a state of the art security system.
Egypt Property Show is the first Egyptian real estate convention to be organized by Tawasol and Al Ahram Advertising in partnership with Spectrum Consultants Dubai. Advertising campaigns have been running in Dubai since May 2017 and the convention is highly anticipated, the campaign included the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Kuwait. The convention presents the Egyptian real estate market internationally and sheds a spotlight on the ever-growing Egyptian real estate industry.
