Flair Magazine To celebrate AccorHotels’ 50th anniversary, Sofitel Cairo El Gezirah made sure to “Welcome Heroes” of all kinds. First, they sponsored a wellness workshop “Life boosters” on November 18th for cancer survivors with Ghada Salah, the Managing Director of the Breast Cancer Foundation in Egyptand organized a beauty session. On November 25th, they held for the 4rd consecutive year “Sofitel Clubs Championship”, where they crowned the winners at the hotel at Manipuri Indian restaurant and collected EGP 50,000 in donations as well as weekend stay vouchers from Accor hotels in the region for the 50 birdies drew in celebration for the 50 years.
The golf organizers included all the top Egypt’s Golf clubs, “Palm Hills”, “Katameya Heights”, “Allegria”, “Katameya Dunes” Mirage Golf course, Al Gezirah Sporting Club & Alexandria Golf Club. During the award ceremony, golfers shared the Sofitel passion for precision and the spirit of conviviality and celebrated the Sofitel Swing & Chic with the handmade trophies and medals given to all the winners during this unique event and the club champion for this year was Katameya Dunes Golf Club.
