Deana Shaaban is an Egyptian fashion designer based in Cairo best known for her fusion of the worlds cultures in her design. The brand was founded on the belief that our clothing is an extension of who we are and who we are is magically unique in our own right. Her designs take one into a wonderfully artistic world of creation and innovation.
Together, ABn’G and Deana Shaaban, have joined forces to bring you a production like no other, filled with a world of magic and artistic delight. 12 different characters from 12 entirely different worlds have found their way into this collaboration and have been reinvented through the eyes of the collaborators to make this campaign of images, an artistic masterpiece.
This campaign brings together an army of collaborators, the finest in their own industries: Deana Shaaban with her innovative pattern cutting and draping techniques in design, ABn’G’s edgy and unconventional style in art direction, Outside In providing the plethora of heavenly flowers, Nina Bakry’s signature jewellery, Okhtein’s flawlessly crafted hand bags, VNTG’s rare sunglasses. With the genius hairstyling of Kriss himself, the ever so talented make-up artist Eman Arafa, the photographic brilliance of Salma Adel, this campaign promises to be nothing short of unparalleled design and artistic creation like Egypt has never seen before.
The collection will be debuting November 7 at Cairo Fashion Festival set to take place at Cairo Festival City.
