Harley Davidson gave a whole lot to this new model from top to bottom and responding to customer input to develop a better fit for shorter riders from 5 feet 5 inches (160 cm) tall giving a wider primary drive as well as the diameter of the hand grips. The Ultra Limited Low mainly had a few measurements altered to better fit more riders.

Visually not much is different from the Harley Touring Models, but it is equipped with the full Project RUSHMORE features. Everything from the look, sound, and feel of a premium Harley Davidson Touring experience is right there unchanged, just a better right fit for more riders.

“With this new model we are addressing the important issue of fit, perhaps the ultimate expression of personalization,” said Michelle Kumbier, Harley-Davidson Senior Vice President of Motorcycle Operations. “This Low model will allow many riders to feel more comfortable and more confident when they settle into the seat.”

The Ultra Limited Low features include a seat height of 25.6 inches, which 1.7 inches lower than the Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic model and the lowest of any premium motorcycle in the market. This allows more control for the rider and to place both feet on the ground.  Rear suspension lowers the bike and is makes for an easier lift of the ground as well as it delivers great handling and comfort.

In addition, to improve leg clearance to the ground, the primary drive housing and derby cover has been reduced. For more comfort, and to reduce back pain and shoulder strain, a new handlebar places hand controls has been adjusted to two inches closer to the ground.

The handgrips are also smaller in diameter to minimize the reach of finger to the brake and clutch levers and to reduce lever effort an Assist and Slip hydraulic have been added. With a new passenger footboard mount it is easier to b folded in order to be out in the way is restricted spaces such as a garage or driveway.

Redefining touring motorcycle refinement is the 2015 Ultra Limited Low. With The Twin- Cooled™ High Output Twin Cam 103™ engine delivers steady performance in any riding situation, along with a touch screen and GPS navigation and a Box 6.5GT infotainment system.

The deluxe feature doesn’t stop there. The wheels are cast in aluminium and a contrast chrome impeller and a two-tone paint schemes with a premium Tour-Pak luggage rack and a premium saddlebag travel bags.
