Led by co-founders Ed Ng and Terence Ngnan, the firm is widely viewed as one of the most innovative and internationally acclaimed design studios in Asia.  With a prestigious client portfolio including the Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels, Waldorf Astoria and the Bellagio, their diverse projects span across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

2012 witnessed the release of their first book, The Language of Luxe, which came with great critical acclaim.  Some of the current projects they’re currently working on include a private residence in Frank Gehry’s Opus, Hong Kong, as well as the Argenta project for Swire Properties.

The dynamic duo of interior designers infuse each project with their unique sense of style and eye for detail.  Their bold and innovative designs daringly explore space and style, while revealing their respect for art, history, and culture.  Their inclination towards simple sophistication and natural elegance ensures that they express luxury through subtle whispers and discreet tones, rather than through extravagance.

As for the company’s signature style, Ed Ng believes that “the streamlined simplicity of (their) designs speaks volumes about aesthetic.  Like an orator who chooses his words carefully to communicate effectively, what (they) omit from (their) designs, and the restraint (they) show, says more about (their) style that what remains visible.  (They) act as storytellers, weaving rich layers which highlight the character of the space.”

Back to their luxurious, one-of-a-kind office space.  The spacious reception area works as a living room, as well.  They chose to combine custom-made furniture with collectors’ pieces, including Finn Juhl’s Chieftain Chair and Hans Wegner’s Rocking Chair.  Defining luxury lifestyle, guests are pleasantly greeted with rare, and unique, pieces of art, epitomizing the firm’s sophisticated style.  Some of the paintings are by Olivier et Myriam, and others are by Salvador Dali, American sculptor David Dracoz, and Korean artist Yim Tae Kyu.

The dynamic duo also incorporated a private gym, comprising state-of-the-art Technogym equiptment, cardio machines and a range of free weights.
